Al-Shinqeeti Institute for Maliki Jurisprudence is dedicated to the structured study and transmission of the Maliki school of Islamic law, rooted in classical scholarship and attentive to contemporary realities.

Our mission is to cultivate serious students of knowledge through disciplined study, guided mentorship, and engagement with foundational texts across the Islamic sciences.

Areas of Study We offer structured programs in the following disciplines:

1. Qur’anic Sciences Study of Tafsir through classical exegetical works Tajweed and recitation refinement with Ijaza,Thematic and legal analysis of Qur’anic verses

2. Hadith Sciences Study of selected Hadith collections Principles of Hadith authentication Applied understanding of Prophetic guidance,and Ijaza

3. Maliki Fiqh Systematic study of foundational Maliki texts Practical legal application Engagement with contemporary financial and social issues

4. Usul al-Fiqh Foundations of Islamic legal theory Methodologies of legal derivation Analytical reading of classical works
